Broke 230! A work party today though and I've eaten way more than I should! I'll be ok though. I'm gonna hit it hard in the gym tomorrow and eat super light. Gotta keep the weight going down!
226.8 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
