To stay on track i made myself a weigh in wall chart , where u weigh in every Thursday to check your progress , I also measure my thighs, hips, my waist ans stomach to see if i am loosing inches. there might be a day that i am steady with my weight and i could be loosing inches and building muscle you never know. starting from next week , I really want to do a detox. going to see how it goes =)
134.5 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
