Feel Lousy today, Head cold getting worse and energy is very low. Acting baddly and longing to nap. Walked my hour last night but did not do a single sit up. Will try to do better today. not eating much so far, just not hungry..
172.7 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
