How do I get an accurate weight measurement? Mine is consistent but it might not be accurate. My friend said her scale reads 10 lbs less than mine! And my mom's scale reads 4 lbs more. And both of these other scales are digital. Mine is not digital. I don't want to go to the doctor because they weigh you with your clothes on, during the day, and I always fluctuate several lbs during the day... I only weigh myself early in the morning, after I pee, and before I shower. It's the only way to get consistency.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just go by your own scale. Scales are calibrated differently so you will get a different reading on each one. Put a weight of an object you know on your scale to gauge the accuracy.

I agree...It dosent matter what other peoples scales say...The one you use is the important one....Loosing 20lbs on your scale is still loosing 20 lbs no mater what differences in scales from one to another. Cheap scales are effected by humidity and atmospheric conditions as well as to placement on uneven surfaces...Just move your scale around in a 2' diameter area of your bathroom to prove the later to yourself.
