Wow! The week before my period starts, and I crave sweets so badly. Anyway had a really bad thursday: Denny's followed by fried food at dinner fish and fries. Friday started good at home with exercise then I got to work and there was cake with peanut butter icing, I ate more than my fair share. At dinner buffalo chicken stromboli and ice cream. Saturday at the confrence breafast muffin was huge, lunch ok then dessert, afternoon snack with 2 cookies. For dinner came home and ate a fried chicken dinner with fries. Sunday started ok, not the afternoon after marriage class. Ate spoonful of peanut butter, poptart,sausage, and out to dinner El Canelo and drinks. So I should be grateful I did'nt get back into the 180's for todays weigh in. Thank goodness for the Alli pills that I take when I eat badly.
So today is the day I get back on track. I've eaten everything I could have wanted in the last few days. I work 4 days this week and should be able to back on track.
