the weekend wasn't as bad as other weekends have been in the past few weeks. But I'm really hungry a lot more than usual. I'm pretty good at keeping my hunger in check, so it makes me wonder if "Aunt Flo" isn't just around the corner. After checking my calendar, I am due Sunday. I've also started some cramping today, and I can pretty much count on the lower back pain to settle in any time now. I just need to pray that my cycle starts on time, otherwise it prolongs the hunger and really screws up my weight loss efforts. We have 3 weigh-ins left before our "Biggest Loser" competition ends, and I need to make the best of it! I have no room for error for the rest of this month.
