Haven't been doing so great on my diet lately, but still killing it in the gym. I think some of this weight is muscle weight; however, I do know I could do a bit less drinking and a lot more cardio. Hah.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
