No time to cook last night due to daughter's soccer practice schedule. Made pasta salad and chicken breast strips form local deli. Unhappily breaded and deep fried, Bad but would have eaten after 9 pm if not so lessor of two evils. Will strive to plan better. Dinner is the only meal my family gets to eat together on weekdays so we are very protective of that ritual. Any suggestins for those time crunch nights would be welcome.
174.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
