Need a kick start, as my rate of weight loss is slowing down whilst just dieting... so I have a gym induction next week. I am dreading some skinny teenager telling me that I should be able to run 5km and do 200 pull ups without breathing heavily etc... But the ends will justify the means, and at least I can go to the gym during work hours, so I don't have to rush home to cook, eat and ride my exercise bike in the evenings.
Hope everyone else is getting back on track after the holidays.

wow..your doing great..after you loose alot of the body water, it does slow down, but eating right and exericing will keep you droppin off the weight..

thanks - I know I'll have to work harder now.... It was great fun to see a drop on the scales every day, but it's easy when you have loads to lose! I knew it wouldn't last, but am really pleased with my progress so far and feel 100% on a few months ago. Much happier now - that's the main thing.
