호텔뷔페가서 맛있는 음식들 많이 먹고 하루만에 1킬로 찌움.
오늘부터 3일은 심기일전^^ 다시 감량하자
119.7 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
