My weight continues to come down, I think I must have made a mistake yesterday when I weighed in because I appear to have lost a further .7 of a kg. It just goes to show that if you follow WebMD and keep away from the saturated fats, eat plenty of fruit and vegies you can't go wrong.
Just for the record I have reduced my nut and dark chocolate intake, eat a good breakfast of oats, egg on toast and coffee, mostly soup and toast for lunch and a good dinner which includes red meat once a week, chicken twice a week for protein.
160.3 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
