1408 kcal Fat: 37.86g | Prot: 34.77g | Carb: 176.57g.   Breakfast: Crunchy Peanut Butter, Pineapple Juice from Concentrate, White Thick Sliced Bread, Lurpak Spreadable Lighter. Lunch: Rich Tomato & Basil Cup A Soup, Seeded Batch (400g loaf), Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless) , Mini Animal Crackers. Dinner: Onions, Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese, Garlic, Basics Chopped Tomatoes, Beef Meatballs, Tagliatelle. Snacks/Other: Butterkist popcorn small bag, White Table Wine . more...
