I did well this week. I worked out at the gym 3 times and rode my bike on the trainer every day. I didn't eat any processed food, or restaurant food, except Saturday and Sunday when I allow myself to indulge, but don't go over my allotted 2000 calories.
182.2 lb Lost so far: 46.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
