Weighed myself today and am officially at 135! I've accomplished my first 5 lbs of weight loss over a month and a half, and it feels great! Slow and steady, slow and steady... I think the thing that's really helped is that this time around I'm not focusing on dropping pounds, I'm focusing on making healthy choices that I can maintain throughout my life. Healthy food choices, smaller portions, etc. And the pounds have been slowly slipping off as a result.
