diet seminggu gak makan nasi berhasil yess.. turun 3kg.. thankyou teman2 udah support aq.. kmrn hampir aja putus asa😀😀😀
152.1 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
