day 4 diet mayo.. agak lemes,emosi gak stabil,kram perut,cos lagi datang bulan.. gak kuat akhirnya makan permen frozz biar segar nih mulut..😥😥😥
155.4 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
