Man oh man I feel like hot garbage today. I am so nauseous, and I feel hella bloated, although the scale says otherwise. TMI, but I can't remember the last time I went poo, which might also be upsetting my stomach. BPC is too much fat, to early, I think.

I bought a protein bar for lunch because the thought of my lunch was turning my stomach. I was 9net carbs for a big bar - more carbs than I like in a meal, but I gotta get through today.

I'm hoping to make it to the gym today, but it depends on the state of my guts after work, for sure.

EDIT: I didnt make it to the gym. I took a long nap and had Jimmy Johns for dinner - they'll wrap any sandwich in lettuce instead of bread, if you ask! My guts are feeling better, but since I need to sleep tonight, I'm moving my workout to tomorrow.
148.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
