Booo! Slowdown. I didn't cheat, wonder what it was/is.
256.8 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb.    Still to go: 76.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Me too. I bumped up a pound this morning. I figure my body is just adjusting, and for the week I am still headed in the right direction. Kind of your body giving a little encouragement to stay on the diet.

Heck yeah! I was so bummed yesterday, but I'm back on track! 1.5lbs today!

Congrats! You are right, the first week we are adjusting but in a downward direction as a whole. We had a pork tenderloin for supper (4 oz. for me), but I did lots of veggies but figured that was why I was zero this morning. I expect big results tomorrow though.
