maybe the mid-month swing is related to ovulation. i am working really hard to look at my diet calendar which says i should be done rather than look at the seeming lack of change that's left me "up" after a couple of weeks of excercise and careful eating.
178.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
