Yesterday was a good day. I was really sore after the run and still tired. I ate ok, I got home after TKD class saw a bowl of Mac and Cheese in the fridge and decided to eat it. Not good. It was like 600 calories for the small bowl I ate. Ouch! That hurt the totals for the day. Didn't change the weight much though.
