Did good last week it was a struggle some days but, my son having medical problems probably pushed me to the 3 lb loss. I am worn out from that. I wish I had a high metabolism then I wouldn't be worrying about losing :(
187.2 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
