I almost let myself get angry about a .4lb weight gain over the past two days. No one wants to see the scale rise, but heck, that's like the weight of a tall glass of water. No big deal. Workouts have be great. 60-90 minutes of cardio: 600-900 calories, plus strength training every other day. Taking every 5th day off.

Having lunch with Thos who has lost about 55 lbs since October. Amazing.
136.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

When you work out a lot, you can't just used the scale to gauge your success. You end up losing inches/fat, and it doesn't always show on the scale. Make sure you measure yourself. You are doing great.
