thanks Phooka. Yes, I have been very lack-lustre for over a year and, for the first time ever, I've eaten everything I wanted to eat and am now dealing with the consequences. The science of diet and weight loss is now being acknowledged by the professionals (I actually work as a Virtual Assistant for a nutritionist!). I have spent the last 65 odd years starving myself, eating and putting on weight, starving myself.... now my body has not the slightest idea what it's doing....
Currently I am starving myself to reach a goal weight to fit into my clothes so that when I am popped into my coffin, people will not say (what I think, which is) "God, didn't she get fat at the end!!"
