okay... where to start today, i feel like ive let us all down today! i am not weighing myself today, ive just recorded last weeks weight.
had the most sh*t day yesterday, found out surgery booked for tomorrow cancelled till next fri, as they couldnt get an anethseist! i know some voluteers here who would be happy to do the knockout!( i live with hubby and have 3 adult sons, and hormones all over the place!)
anyway.. had 4 very good rums when i finished work and ended up going to shop after the 1st one for smokes! had given them up (again!) in prep for op.,must have smoked bout half a packet then last night... grrr. but wait, theres more.... hubby (sheepishly) went to shop again to get my large order of junk! (we dont keep any in the house) bugga bugga bugga now i wish he"d said NO (right) poor man!
soooo i totally pigged out on about 20 bucks worth of sh*t!!
i know i should get on the tread instead of sitting here thinking poor me!! man im dumb!!
god only knows what that scale would read this morm, i actually felt sick but kept eating????
anyway enough of that will try and move on and behave much better this week.
160.7 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh girlie, it's all good. You are just human that's all. What a riot to read your post tho, too funny, I can see myself right there (only minus a few boys). But it's gonna be fine. Let the scale rest for a day or two and just get back at it and when you feel more like yourself, then get on the scale. :) Cheers buddy, you can do it!!!(And, you have to eat the sh-t every once in awhile to remember how crappy it makes you feel, right!)

You have not let anyone down. I think having your surgery reschedule was a pretty big blow and the resulting feelings of frustration were understandable. We can't be perfect all the time. Congratulate yourself on being ready to move past this so quickly. You are doing so well! Focus on what you have already lost and how close you are to your goal weight. Have a good week - I will be thinking about you.
