Nyoba OCD seminggu and alhasil ga bisa.... naik berat badan karna jalan2 ga kuat alhasil makannya menggila :( OMG mulai lagi kembali ke diet GM deh... semangat...
123.5 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
