Another week, another pound! I can't believe I am still losing a pound a week!
133.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ok so I know I lost my pound for the week, but I know I had some slip ups this week. My meals were on the go a lot. Veggies were on the wayside. Lots of sandwiches. I need to start planning ahead so meals can be ready when we have places to go in the evening. This week is just as busy as last, so I will need to get some plannig done. Good meal tonight because the grandparents are visiting. Won't they be surprised when there isn't any sugary dessert!
