ok....so...weird..day before yesterday i stuck to my diet and did great and also gained 0.4 pounds. yesterday i had a garage sale with a friend and only ate one cheeseburger from braums, med frie and a med cherry limeade (i think its a mandatory rule that you must drink one when ordering anything at Braums). this morning i lost a pound. so freaky. oh well lol so even though that Braums #1 w/ no 🍅, NOT supersized was ab-fab....i will be sticking to my healthy foods
