I am saying 100%, but I ate late last night and had brocolli and cheese (preprepared)and 9oz chicken breast with Buffalo sauce. I felt full after I ast. So I gained 1 lb this AM...
197.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
