Well, I am down another 2.5lbs. It is amazing. I wondering if taking that icky apple cider vinegar is helping me lose weight or if the weight would have come off on its own. Today we are celebrating my step-daughter birthday. She turns 9. They made a choclate fudge cake with reeces pieces and cream cheese frosting. I know that is a lot of points and I probably will only have a very small piece, if any. Three more pounds I will be in the 140s. I can't wait. I am fitting in all my pre pregnancy jeans which is very exciting and so close to my pre pregnancy weight of 145-147 lb. I think I will survive the holidays and my resolution won't be to lose weight, but to maintain my weight loss and tone my body. Anyway, have a blessed weekend. AND GO OU in the big 12 championship game tonight.
152.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well, I read that drinking apple cider vinegar helps with your digest system, increases metabolism, etc. I found it online.
