Not bad! I gained four pounds the week I spent in Mexico (ahhh, tacos) but lost six this week so I'm back on track! Sort of surprised it went that fast. Want to lose four more pounds by March 10th for a cruise I'm going on. Keep on keepin' on.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
