Focused on training myself to eat sensibly and ideally without counting calories. I know what foods I SHOULD eat and that I should allow myself some fudging days.

Hope to maintain workout routine of 5 days of cardio, burning at least 600 calories each and weight training 3 days a week. Have been going to the gym for a number of months so this is not unreasonable.

Improvements required:
Limit alcohol consumption to just a couple of days a week. I don't need a glass of wine in order to cook dinner every night.

Need more moderation. Its not all or nothing. I can eat just one cookie. It doesn't have to be 5.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
