I'm down from 315 on October 27 2016 to 258 pounds now. I've lost 57 pounds so far going for more. so kimetimes it gets hard being a mother of three small children but their the reason I'm doing this because I want to be a healthier mom for them. I also started walking 90 minutes everyday. I started out walking 15 minutes a day. I use to have to clean one room of my house and rest. Now I clean my whole house top to bottom without giving out of breathe. I'm a lot more active then when I started out.
