I'm a little bummed that I gained a pound, but I have worked out hard 4x a week for 3 weeks and eaten ~1900 cals per day (low for me, and my activity level). I will just keep doing what I'm doing and drinking more water. Maybe I will try to decrease dinner carbs and increase dinner veggies...maybe...
159.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
