i'm still around. weight down to12o ,body fat 23.4. calorie intake about 1000/day .walk about 3.5 miles/day. still no bread ,potatoes, corn.peas. but lots of greens trying to find my plateau weight but it seems to elude me. just do not want to be that person who gains it all back in a year. i've done that a few times before.
