Not sure how I feel about a week where I lose so much. Doesn't seem possible but the scale doesn't lie......does it? I'm not going to rest on my laurels though. Here's to another fantastic week!!!!!
213.6 lb Lost so far: 134.4 lb.    Still to go: 51.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

812 kcal Fat: 24.11g | Prot: 44.02g | Carb: 116.23g.   Breakfast: Organic 1% Low Fat Milk, Instant Oatmeal Weight Control - Maple and Brown Sugar. Lunch: Original Baked Potato Chips, Yellow Mustard, Reduced Fat Colby-jack Cheese, Light Mayonnaise, Honey Smoked Turkey Breast, sandwich slims 100% whole wheat. Dinner: Butter Light Popcorn. Snacks/Other: Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Cheese Stick, Gala Apples. more...
