Hi All, I'm a new guy in the group. I started on the drill sergeants diet Last Friday. 1/6/2017. As of today 1/10/2017 I'm down 5 lbs. I'm sure some is water weight but it's good to see some progress. Today I become a 2 digit midget, only 99 pounds to go!
Trying to stay at 2000 calories a day. It's not as hard as I thought,
so I think I can stay with it. Good Luck everybody!!
