well that just happened!!!!
219.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

the weight can creep up so fast. It did to me, and I don't even eat terribly. I'm right there with you! Hang in there, take some time to refocus on yourself!
