I'm pleased about this as I temporarily abandoned fat loss in favour of heavy weightlifting and eating carbs after as I wanted to get in the squat rack and lift with a view to stressing my hip, which I injured several years ago on a deep level. It hurts like hell most days. I'm pleased to report it hurts a whole lot less now :-) stressing it can help sometimes :-) and I'm back at 306 too which ain't too shabby. I'll squat heavyish once a week or so from now on and see how that goes, both for my hip and for my weight. Frankly if I put on weight I won't mind so long as my hip improves. One thing at a time, right?
