The past two weeks involved several days of travel and visiting in SC. At home we have had major disruption due to the kitchen remodeling taking place. Overall my weight is stable and I am still getting stronger by the use of weight training and exposure to a FIT environment through the Fitness channel. It seems by the weight chart history that my weight is stable in the current range so rather than fight against the poor dietary influences in my corrent associations.I believe that the unhealthy influences will have to change because health may increasingly become an issue as is evident in the conversations as the days move forward. I will continue to at a minimum remain at my present balance of food while increasing in weight resistance training in an attempt to change my body composition to more muscle and less fat.
