I ate properly this week, and also cut out all carbinated soft drinks. I drank tea, milk, and 0 calorie Sobe water drinks. However, I didn't have to time exercise (bicycling) every day like I had planned. I noticed that my BMI has crossed over from the obese catagory to the overweight catagory, so I've got that going for me.
