First week. Lost one kilo. Happy with myself! Bad cold so l have not been to the gym. Will be exiting to see what difference my weight loss will be as soon as l start to exercise again.
165.3 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Second week.... on 1000 calories a day ..... lost nothing! Everything accountered for, no cheating. How depressing. Anybody with same problem? 😩
