I didn't do really well today. I went out to eat had a salad but it kind of threw me off. Then when I got home I ate too much--emotional eating. I'm back though tonight and tomorrow I'll do better.
136.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
