I even gave myself extra veggie and a 4 oz tenderloin last night and lost 1/2 lb. I did go for a walk - maybe a mile??
142.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
