Week 1 Recap
Get back to 175 - 195.2 > 189.6 = 5.6 lost!
30+ minutes on the bike each day - Done!
25 miles on the treadmill - 25.86 miles
No soda!
188.2 lb Lost so far: 35.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 6.0 lb a week
