Feeling good, not concentrating on the weight-loss anymore as that will just lead to frustration. Focusing on keeping the eating as lean as possible and good quality exercise. Right now have cut out fruit and veges (probably bad Idea), but I am trying to keep those carbs low. I think a combination of exercise and eating right will eventually lead to my goal. 2 more weeks and I am on holiday so will try my utmost in the Gym to the point where I will struggle to get on the plane then I can sleep for 18 hrs and recover.

Have you done the fibre supplements like psyllium? They are net carb free and so good for your system. Drink lots of water as well. Water helps flush out the lactic acid produced during exercise, too.

Hi AE thanks for your comment. I am drinking lots of water approx 3l per day. For some reason I have not found the need to take fibre supplements. I reckon my whey protein and yoghurt keep my digestive system functioning. Once I reach my goal I will be eating a lot of raw carbs with good fibre.

I am a huge fan of whey protein powder supplements. And yoghurt, for that matter.

The veggies above ground are ok. You deduct the Fibre grams to get the net carbs. Veg is important too.

Interesting about above ground veges. Never quite thought of it that way - Above vs Below (I know potatoes arent the best). Above ground the carb levels are acceptable. Will probably start a more sane diet after my holiday.
