Second treadmill session in two weeks. Did have the hour walk on Christmas day. Chest cold has made it no fun. Last night's treadmill session required some coughing recovery when I finished. Plan to go back to regular routine.

Weight up about 2 pounds. Diet hasn't changed except for the peanut and almond increase.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
