good morning all. just waking up. did get a jitbit charge. nowi can see how i sleep /or not. food log is easier with FS but activity is great ; a real motivator and water drinking is a good reminder too . but fitbit does not compare to FS when itcomes to community!!!!!

Just so you know you can get fitbit to sync to FS using fitmess. It looks like a scammy website but its not, its just not very refined in looks. The nice thing is then you can go to your diet calender on your app and see a snapshot of your intake, expenditure and deficit. It only syncs the fitbit activity to FS; it doesn't sync FS calories to fitbit but I'm okay with that!

I use the FitBit to monitor activity, calories burned each day, etc. It is really helpful
