My wife, daughter, and I all went to a state park getaway over the weekend and it was in a very small town that didn't have any healthy options. I didn't try to choose good, I just ate whatever and exercised. Disappointed with myself.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
