Still on the partial Opti-Fast Diet but it is not going as I had hoped. My fat percentage is dropping weekly and the muscle percentage is rising BUT the weight is not falling since Week One. Admittedly I am snacking too much but 800 calories a day is not adequate and I can tell that my endurance is reduced when I am exercising at the gym. I am paying far too much for this "food" to not have it work. I could just stick to 800 calories a day a whole lot cheaper.
