Those last 10lbs. or so are always the hardest. Just hang in there. Drink 4ozs, pomegranate juice with 4ozs. water and a tsp. of vinegar. All of our TOPS group have tried it and it helps. Loss ran from .6 0f a pound to over 2lbs.
